PROJECT DELIVERABLES

The culmination of the project efforts is the CA Statewide ITS Architecture and System Plan Final Report.  This Final Report includes technical appendices and all interim deliverables produces through the course of the project in their final formats.  The turbo  database file and a specialized functional requirements database file are also available to be downloaded.  These documents combined, comprise the full plan for state-level and interregional ITS planning and deployment in California.

The deliverables or outputs of the project efforts are a combination of written reports, database files, and hyperlinked web-site pages that assist in presenting the Plans material in a way that eases review and understanding on the part of the stakeholders.  At the request of stakeholders, the project team has undertaken an extensive effort to organize and repackage the architecture portion of the statewide plan into regional and district views.  We hope that this will encourage review of the final product by providing an option for stakeholders to review just those portions of the architecture that most interest and pertain to them. Of course we welcome review of the full architecture and plan as well as localized reviews.

Please note that the architecture and system plan is a product that focuses on the state-level services (such as goods movement), and potential interregional services those services that remain the responsibility and prerogative of local and regional agencies (such as traveler information).  The plan was not designed nor intended to replace the existing regional ITS architectures. Material was packaged into regions and districts only to ease and encourage review and subsequent use.
