Description
Agreement to define the parameters, guidelines, and policies for inter-agency ITS data sharing between public sector agencies including CCTV camera feeds. Similar to data sharing and usage agreements for public-private agencies, the agency that owns the equipment should have first priority of the equipment and the ability to discontinue data sharing if a situation warrants such action.
