Description
Agreement would allow private sector media and information service providers to access and broadcast public sector transportation agency CCTV camera video feeds, real time traffic speed and volume data, and incident data. Agreements should specify the control priority to allow traffic agencies first priority to control cameras during incidents or other events. The ability of the traffic agency to deny access to video and data feeds if a situation warrants such action should also be part of the agreement.
