This element is used to create an interface between peer county safety dispatch organizations that cross regional boundaries. The element represents public safety dispatch and communications centers (police, fire, EMS) that operate at the county level throughout the state. In addition, this element includes Fire Districts and Coast Guard, This also includes California Fish & Game, National Park Service, U.S. Fish & Wildlife and U.S. Forest Service.
