Description
Agreement to define the parameters, guidelines, and policies for inter–agency ITS data sharing between public sector agencies including CCTV camera feeds. Similar to data sharing and usage agreements for public–private agencies, the agency that owns the equipment should have first priority of the equipment and the ability to discontinue or limit data sharing if a situation warrants such action.
