Personal Basic Information Reception

Personal traveler interface that provides formatted traffic advisories, transit, event, and other traveler information, as well as broadcast alerts. Devices include desktop computers at home, work, or at major trip generation sites, plus personal portabl

  • The personal traveler interface shall receive traffic information from a center and present it to the traveler.
  • The personal traveler interface shall receive transit information from a center and present it to the traveler.
  • The personal traveler interface shall receive event information from a center and present it to the traveler.
  • The personal traveler interface shall receive evacuation information from a center and present it to the traveler.
  • The personal traveler interface shall receive wide-area alerts and present it to the traveler.
  • The personal traveler interface shall present information to the traveler in audible or visual forms, consistent with a personal device.
